This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of that mission-playing a pivotal part in expanding our partner network and shaping the future of healthcare tech distribution.Position Summary: As a Partner Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing new opportunities out of our partnership channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in strategic sales, partnerships/channel development, and outbound engagement. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams to drive partner pipeline growth, manage and close opportunities, and set the foundation for long-term relationships.This is a fully onsite role based in our Naperville, IL office and offers a clear path to channel sales leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and target healthcare prospects using outbound methods (calls, email, LinkedIn).Prospect Qualification: Conduct high-volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value.Pipeline Management: Build and nurture relationships through the full sales cycle with timely follow-ups.Solution Selling: Deliver tailored software demos that address client-specific needs and compliance goals.Deal Closing: Overcome objections, present compelling solutions, and win new business.CRM Tracking: Log all activity and progress using Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools.Relationship Management: Closely collaborate with partners to source new deals, provide education on MedPro Disposal, and provide regular updates.Required Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle sales, business development, or channel sales-preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, or compliance-focused environments.Sales Acumen: Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in a quota-carrying role.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance metrics.Organizational Skills: Effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.Growth Mindset: Ambition to move into a senior channel sales role within 12-18 months.Experience working with partners is a plus.Compensation & Benefits: Earning Potential: Base salary with an OTE of $75,000-$100,000+, including uncapped commissions based on new partner acquisition and conversions.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with optional family coverage.Career Advancement: Clear development path into senior sales or channel roles, with hands-on mentorship and training.Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidaysCulture: Join a fast-moving, mission-driven team where your work drives real business impact in the healthcare space.Recruitment Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief sales skills assessment prior to the initial interview.Equal Opportunity Employer:MedPro Disposal is an equal opportunity employer.
