What You’ll Do:

  • nLead Generation: Research and target healthcare prospects using outbound methods (calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • n
  • nProspect Qualification: Conduct high-volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value.
  • n
  • nPipeline Management: Build and nurture relationships through the full sales cycle with timely follow-ups.
  • n
  • nSolution Selling: Deliver tailored software demos that address client-specific needs and compliance goals.
  • n
  • nCRM Tracking: Log all activity and progress using Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools.
  • n
  • nDeal Closing: Overcome objections, present compelling solutions, and win new business.
  • n
  • nAccount Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • n
  • nIndustry Awareness: Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor offerings.
  • n
  • nTeam Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • n

What We’re Looking For:

n
    n
  • 2+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience.
  • n
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • n
  • Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location accounts (big plus!).
  • n
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • n
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational habits
  • n
  • nProficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales outreach tools.
  • n
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required with strong experience).
  • n

  • nHigh Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75K - $100K+ annually . Your success directly impacts your income!
