Description

FlintCreek Cattle Co. is looking for a resourceful, personable, and dynamic Front Desk staff member to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking reservations, processing Gift Card transactions, and seating and ensuring guest satisfaction and experience while working within a team atmosphere. Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.

We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. The Host position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.

Wage Range and Benefits

Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $20.76/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy). Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws. Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed). Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).

Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage. Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.

Work nights and weekends. Maintain cleanliness and organization. Work floor while maintaining service standards. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to organize, plan, multi-task, coordinate, and manage reservations, walk-ins, and guests in a timely manner. Proper phone etiquette and managing of the phone system while seating guests. Awareness of table courses, turns, servers' pace, kitchen pace, and guest satisfaction. Successfully be the ambassador representing the brand. Continually detailing and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk. Completing all opening and closing side-work duties daily. Responding expediently and efficiently to guest's requests, concerns, and complaints. Nurturing a positive working environment. Maintaining a degree of creativity and latitude in all situations, issues, and events Ability to book reservations in our Private Dining Room. Self-motivated and punctual. A desire to grow and take constructive feedback.

$20.76/hour plus tips
