The host/cashier position is responsible for greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner at the door, seat and present customers with menus in a quick professional manner, generating sales, maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant, operating Point of Sale system, and comply with all company policies.
Additional Info: • Great & seat guests, present menus to guests, communicate to server • Interact with guests as they leave to ensure a positive dine in experience • Process cash, credit card, or gift card payments • Strive to exceed our guests' expectations • Properly maintain a wait list during high volume times • Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables • Answer phones and questions concerning the restaurant and the menu • Maintain personal hygiene • Complete host side work • Other duties as directed
