Responsibilities
The Team We are the TikTok Shop Mass Acquisition and Incubation team in the US, dedicated to empowering brands and sellers worldwide to unlock the explosive growth potential of TT E-commerce in US. Join us in redefining how brands connect, sell, and thrive in the era of short-form video commerce. The Role Drive scalable merchant success by providing data-driven guidance, optimizing shop performance, and executing mass engagement strategies for TikTok Shop sellers. Responsibilities: 1. Performance Diagnosis & Advisory - Analyze merchant dashboards (GMV, CTR, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to identify underperforming shops and root causes, and amplify growing opportunities. - Deliver actionable insights via templated reports and communications (e.g., mass emails, communities, webinars etc.). 2. Mass Communication & Education - Design and automate performance alerts/guidance through: - Email sequences (e.g., "3 steps to fix your 10% cart abandonment") - Community hubs (Lark community groups with 1,000+ sellers) - In-platform notifications - Develop "self-service" resource libraries (FAQ videos, troubleshooting guides). 3. Project Management - Prioritize interventions based on ROI and GMV (e.g., focus on shops with 80% performance gaps). - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (seller operations, seller acquisition, marketing, product) to escalate systemic issues and excute targeted programs. 4. Process Optimization - Build scalable workflows. - Pilot AI tools (e.g., chatbot diagnostics) to handle routine queries.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Proactive Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate merchant needs and timely responds to seller inquiries. - Data Fluency: Comfortable interpreting shop metrics and diagnosing issues (e.g., "Low conversion - check pricing"). - Mass Engagement Expertise: - 1+ years managing email automation or community platforms. - Experience creating templated responses for common queries. Preferred Qualifications - E-commerce platform or seller experience. - Basic SQL to self-pull merchant performance data.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
