We are looking for a warm, organized, and service-focused individual to join our team as a Host! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their dining experience by providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating and reservation flow.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include: Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Manage the reservation system, including floor plans, seating rotations, and waitlists Provide accurate wait-time estimates and communicate updates clearly to guests Maintain a clean and organized host stand and lobby area Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or special occasions to the service team Support front-of-house team with light bussing, table resets, and cleaning as needed Complete all shift checklists and maintain readiness throughout service Benefits (for full-time Team Members)
