ICE . Job Purpose Manages legal business matters pertaining to particular business units. Provides a variety of general contract and commercial legal services to in-house clients. Reviews legal data and advises the organization on appropriate legal actions. Responsibilities Manage legal projects, specifically in the mortgage servicing technology sector. Protect the enterprise’s rights in corporate matters and business practices. Provide legal services to mortgage servicing and third-party clients. Negotiate and draft contracts. Prepare legal drafts, opinions, and documents. Render legal opinions on contract interpretation, intellectual property, and business law issues. Advise on legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Knowledge and Experience Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to practice law. Experience in drafting transactional documents, technology agreements, and intellectual property within the financial and technology industry. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle complex, confidential, and sensitive issues. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills. Effective team-building and negotiation skills.
