The ideal candidate has experience managing front-end developers and content management web authors who build web pages, content, and perform A/B testing using a CMS. The role requires thriving in a high-paced environment with established quality governance. It sits within the Customer Group’s marketing operations team and involves close collaboration with Marketing Strategy, Product Managers, Analytics, Design, and Development teams to bring web experiences to life. What you'll bring
5+ years in Content Management, Web Marketing, or Marketing Operations, with experience in browser-based application testing and debugging 3+ years in web A/B Testing Implementation 3+ years managing front-end developers and content authors, with a proven coaching record Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and creating UI experiences from JSON and Figma designs Expertise in JIRA administration and familiarity with Google Suite Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Experience with web experimentation and personalization technologies Experience across multiple channels including Paid Search, SEO, and Mobile platforms Leadership responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for publishing, experimentation, and personalization of web experiences across various platforms Execute go-to-market web experiences using content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Stackbit), and personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely) Hands-on creation, publishing, testing, and innovation in platform capabilities Oversee content lifecycle management, including upsells and customer notifications Troubleshoot issues, support web operations, and validate authoring and experimentation quality Collaborate with XD resources to improve design and production processes Develop processes to enhance content quality, maintainability, and usability, ensuring compliance and accessibility Identify and resolve roadblocks, liaising with technical teams and QA Vet requirements from marketing and product stakeholders to accurately scope projects Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Compensation and benefits
Intuit offers a competitive pay package with performance-based rewards. The base pay range for this position is: Bay Area, CA: $169,500 - $229,500 Southern California: $154,000 - $208,500 This position is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
