As TurboTax continues to expand our offerings to deliver our vision of “Getting Taxes Done for Everyone,” this vital people manager role is also a subject matter expert with demonstrated experience creating, launching, and managing web-based experiments and personalized user experiences using an experimentation platform. The ideal candidate has experience managing a platform operations team responsible for horizontal personalization campaign implementation, has a solutions-based mindset, and thrives in a high-pace environment with established quality and governance. This role sits in the Consumer Group’s marketing operations team and requires strong collaboration with Marketing Strategy, Product Managers, Analytics, Design, and Development teams to bring these web experiences to life. Responsibilities

Manage team responsible for executing go-to-market setup and maintenance of personalization across the TurboTax omnichannel domain via Intuit’s experimentation, personalization, and content management platforms. Hands-On execution and management of personalization experiences across the TurboTax domain. Partner and work cross-functionally with product, XD, engineering, analytics, pricing, CRM, data operations, and web operations teams to align on priorities and activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues; support web operations peers in problem solving, validation of personalization setup, and quality control activities. Identify and address roadblocks and functional requirements for successful task completion, liaising with data, analytics, technical product development, and quality assurance teams. Collaborate with XD resources to ensure designs fit within existing templates and components, and QA experiences to meet compliance and performance standards. Develop and implement processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability, ensuring template-driven pages and test experiences are compliant and accessible. Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and stakeholders to accurately size project requests. Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure standards are met. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with pay-for-performance rewards. The expected base pay range is: Bay Area California: $169,500 - $229,500 Southern California: $154,000 - $208,500 This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans and programs. 5+ years of experience in omnichannel personalization implementation and customer data platforms, with hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Salesforce, ABTasty, Monetate, etc. 5+ years of experience with Content Management Systems and Personalization Platforms, capable of running browser-based application testing and debugging. WordPress, Stackbit, or Adobe Experience Manager preferred. 3+ years managing web authors and developers, with a track record of mentorship and growth. Deep expertise in experimentation platform capabilities, customer data platforms, architecture, and implementation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management processes, and tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills, confident in management, with attention to detail. Effective cross-team collaboration skills, managing delivery across multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or relevant field.
