We’re looking for a
B2B Social Media & Content Strategist
to lead and grow our organic social presence—starting with LinkedIn and TikTok. You’ll own the social calendar, craft compelling content, work directly with executives to shape thought leadership, and build a strong brand voice in the retail media and Amazon Ads space. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on content marketer ready to take ownership of strategy, visibility, and engagement at a high-growth SaaS agency. If you’re creative, analytical, and know what it takes to build a sticky B2B social brand, we want to meet you. This role is onsite. What You’ll Do Own and execute the social media content calendar for LinkedIn and TikTok
Write original content and collaborate with design/video teams for visuals
Ghostwrite or co-create thought leadership content with executive leaders
Monitor performance, optimize posts, and report on key engagement metrics
React to industry trends and real-time moments with relevant content
Evolve our social voice and positioning in line with broader brand goals
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and leadership teams
Identify opportunities to expand into additional channels over time
What You’ll Bring Must-Have Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in B2B social media or content marketing
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
Proven success running social for a SaaS company, ad tech platform, or agency
Experience managing LinkedIn and TikTok accounts
Familiarity with retail media, especially Amazon Ads
Excellent organization, time management, and collaboration skills
Comfort working directly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other retail media platforms
Familiarity with paid social or LinkedIn Ads
Experience working with influencers/creators in B2B settings
Basic video editing skills or ability to brief creative effectively
Proficiency with tools like Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar
