$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr We’re hiring a

Social Media Editor & Strategist

to lead content strategy and creation across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and turn new ideas into engaging, high-performing content. This position is responsible for everything end-to-end: creating a content strategy, filming content, editing videos, designing graphics , publishing content, analyzing performance, and most importantly, creating high performing content. You’ll work directly with Ashley Brock and the Brand and Creative Lead. You have experience with paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Pinterest or YouTube What You’ll Do: Own the social content calendar, align with launches, campaigns, and brand priorities Develop content pillars that drive reach, engagement, and lead generation Strategically plan and post a variety of weekly content, up to 2x per day, including static images, carousels, and video, all guided by trends, insights, and brand goals Content Creation & Editing Ensure assets are brand-aligned and optimized for platform performance Film and edit content using iphone, hand held camcorder and editing platforms (Capcut, Edits, InShot, Canva, In-app features, etc.) Ensure podcast episodes reflect the brand’s messaging and effectively engage the audience Publish and promote podcast episodes across social platforms, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement Write and post accompanying blog content for each episode, optimizing for SEO and driving traffic to the website Track podcast and blog performance, analyzing metrics to inform future content and improve audience engagement Turn long-form content (podcast episodes) into short-form clips that stop the scroll and deliver value Publishing & Engagement Post daily on Meta and TikTok Post weekly on YouTube (1 long-form and 2 shorts minimum). Post weekly on LinkedIn and Pinterest Post monthly on the blog Post 1-2 podcast episodes per week and integrate podcast content into the social media plan Daily outbound engagement on social—commenting, DMs, replying, and connecting with our ideal audience to boost visibility and build real relationships Ensures auto comment/DM management tool (ManyChat) is running proficiently and updated when needed Affiliate Links & Storefronts Oversee affiliate links and Amazon storefront ensuring they are up to date, accurately tracked, and effectively promoted across social media and other channels Manage and update affiliate content on LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon once per week Performance Strategy & Optimization Create and implement a content strategy that supports brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation Consistently publish high-impact content across key channels Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and apply insights to iterate content strategy month over month Share month over month reports utilizing key performance indicators, wins, and areas for improvement Requirements: Local to Atlanta, Georgia (ideally within a 1-2 hour drive of the city) 4+ years experience in social media management/content creation Flexible and excited to travel when opportunities arise Experienced with social media scheduling tools like HeyOrca, Later, Metricool, Plann, etc Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Proven success growing social media accounts and driving measurable results Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills Location and Schedule: Remote position based in Atlanta (within a 1-2 hour drive of the city) Available to be on-site at least one day per week Travel will be required Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, however we offer great flexibility Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annual salary with exponential growth potential Unlimited Paid Time Off:
