Acts as a subject matter expert for design solutions, endorsing the firm’s values through client service, innovation, and communication. Responsibilities

Lead designer on multiple projects, developing conceptual design, presentations, and implementation documents Guide and direct project teams through design development and documentation Establish project vision and goals in collaboration with clients and teams Lead design efforts and client presentations to build relationships Negotiate and persuade on critical issues Develop and expand creative design concepts Manage design solutions based on industry standards and engineering principles Oversee schematic land and site planning drawings and graphics for marketing Review and modify graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents Deliver comprehensive project design presentations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies Resolve complex design issues with innovative solutions Manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination Research and evaluate materials and systems for projects Participate in team meetings discussing project and technical issues Qualifications

Education and Experience

Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Typically 15+ years of experience Licenses and Certifications

Architectural registration preferred Sustainable design accreditation preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced skills in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo Intermediate skills in Navis, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Strong project management and communication skills Deep knowledge of materials, construction, codes, sustainability, and project lifecycle Travel may be required.
