Marketing Communications Executive Assistant

skilled in administrative excellence and creative marketing execution to support our Marketing, Communications and Executive leadership team. Based in Los Angeles, the incumbent will be responsible for handling the Calendaring, Correspondence, and Communications on behalf of the General Manager. Travel

- 25% Key Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support for the General Manager · Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements · Handle confidential correspondence, screen calls, and manage internal and external communications Project & Campaign Coordination · Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives with ability to handle expense reports · Manage project timelines to ensure project milestones are met Content & Communication Support · Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications including newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content · Collaborate with Digital and Marketing Teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials · Maintain and update content on websites, intranet, and digital platforms Social Media & Digital Engagement · Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn Life Page, MCC website, etc.) and engage with followers · Track marketing metrics and prepare reports for analysis Event & Media Coordination · Assist in organizing internal and external events · Support media outreach efforts including press release distribution and university recruitment drives · Coordinate event and marketing collateral, banners, posters, and other creative assets for campaigns and events Marketing Analytics · Tracking marketing metrics and preparing reports for analysis. Education Background/ Major: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA or BS) Experience (Must): • 3+ years working experience Knowledge (Must): • Demonstrate a strong appreciation for the support-oriented nature of the Executive Assistant role, with a commitment to enabling the success of the General Manager Abilities/Qualities: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), • Experience with content creation of a professional nature on social media platforms • High level of discretion and professionalism • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities with competing priorities simultaneously • Some travel may be required occasionally. Amount of travel will vary based on where candidate resides. Skills/Certifications: • Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
