Key Account Manager

to lead high-impact enterprise relationships in the automation and advanced manufacturing sector. You’ll work with global leaders in consumer electronics and AI to deliver cutting-edge solutions in assembly, testing, packaging, and warehouse automation. What You’ll Do • Build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients • Lead full-cycle B2B sales, from discovery to deal closure • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions • Drive account growth, retention, and long-term value • Influence product roadmap through market insights What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university (Engineering or technical major preferred) • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, capital equipment, or B2B sales • Familiarity with robotics, factory automation, and intelligent warehousing • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project coordination skills • Fluent in English Why Tcadu • Health and dental coverage • Direct impact on product direction and enterprise strategy • Fast-paced, high-growth environment based in the heart of Silicon Valley Seniority level
