Seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to maintain high standards for large project launches in quality, cost, and delivery. This role oversees product design, development, testing, launch, and warranty, as well as production support, including uptime, operational continuity, and incident triage. Candidates should be comfortable leading a team amidst ambiguity and adapting to changing conditions. Daily tasks include: Leading the Product Management team Collaborating with CX, business, development, and testing teams to define, develop, deliver, and test user stories Meeting with leadership to articulate possibilities and secure approvals for initiatives Managing operations through platform, license, and cost management Position Success Criteria: MUST SKILL SETS:

Customer-facing expertise and payments excellence. This role manages key digital tools used by millions of customers. Candidates with experience delivering top brand experiences, quality assurance, testing, and familiarity with payment processing, financial services, or captive finance are highly valued. ROADMAP + DECISION MAKING:

A strategic senior role responsible for 3-year roadmaps, driving change, and transforming capabilities. Must be comfortable with ambiguity, data analysis, and decision analysis regarding tools and vendors. PEOPLE SKILLS:

Self-starter leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX, and testing teams. Oversees agile scrum teams and collaborates across departments, engaging stakeholders with excellent communication skills. PLATFORM STRATEGY - SALESFORCE:

Deep Salesforce expertise, managing platform health, utilization, technical debt, and improvements, aligned with the product roadmap. MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) Agile certification for Product Owner or Scrum Master (preferably SAFe Agile) Salesforce certifications (preferred) or ability to obtain Salesforce admin certification within the first year MINIMUM BUSINESS EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years in product management, development, or operations 5-7 years managing diverse teams (business/IT, internal/external, onshore/offshore) 2-5 years with customer-facing digital products for top brands 2+ years in roadmap and business planning, including procurement processes 2+ years managing staff Experience in payments, financial services, or captive finance preferred Strong influencing and communication skills with executive management Experience in budget development Mobile app experience (preferred)
