Our offerings span strategy, advanced analytics, Manufacturing & Quality functions, and technology to optimize resource deployment (inventory, network, etc.) while maintaining customer service levels. Manager - Manufacturing We seek a Manager in our Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) space to join our US – Princeton office. The role focuses on business development and project delivery in the Manufacturing space, with principles of Digital/Smart Manufacturing (IIOT 4.0/5.0). What You’ll Do Collaborate with internal SCM leaders and account teams to pursue new business opportunities; Develop and manage client relationships in SCM functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously; Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions; Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex SCM consulting engagements in the pharma/Life Sciences industry; Update senior leaders and prepare and present client presentations; Manage senior client relationships and serve as the primary contact for SCM functions; Develop SCM venture intellectual capital for marketing and business development; Contribute to the design of SCM venture assets; Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; 10+ years of experience in management consulting or industry, or a combination of both; Deep expertise in manufacturing processes, functions, and systems (OT/IT), with understanding of ISA95/88 standards; Proven success leading teams on complex projects; ability to run workshops and Kaizen events, and coach teams; Skills and motivation for business development; Experience in priority industries such as Life Sciences (preferred), Consumer Products/Retail, Industrial, Agribusiness, High Tech, Travel & Hospitality; Lean/Six Sigma certifications; Analytic problem-solving skills, with the ability to see both the big picture and details; Fluency in English is required.
