As the Associate Operator Marketing Manager – Citadels, you will play a key role in driving growth within designated Citadel markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Culinary teams to deliver value-added solutions tailored to small restaurant chains. As the Associate Operator Marketing Manager – Citadels, you will play a key role in driving growth within designated Citadel markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Culinary teams to deliver value-added solutions tailored to small restaurant chains. Your focus will be on leveraging hyper-local insights to create relevant, city-specific marketing strategies that resonate with operators and consumers alike.
You will own the end-to-end operator journey, from insight generation to campaign execution, and be accountable for achieving business targets within your assigned city and zone.
Key Responsibilities
Market Insights & Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of the foodservice landscape in designated cities. Identify actionable insights based on local menus, competitor activity, and consumer demographics. Translate insights into strategic execution plans with full ownership from concept to marketplace delivery.
Demand Creation – Small Restaurant Chains
Localize master brand campaigns to create tools and assets for the sales team. Partner with Culinary to deliver regionally inspired menu concepts. Create operator-specific content for digital platforms to drive demand generation. Support initiatives to expand the contactable operator database.
Operator Engagement
Identify and plan UFS presence at local foodservice events and activities. Develop and execute 360° marketing plans for event participation. Collaborate across digital and trade marketing to ensure consistent messaging and content relevancy in key Citadels.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience in foodservice or hospitality is highly desirable. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Skills & Competencies
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Campaign development, brand management, marketing communications. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Email marketing, social media engagement, digital content creation. Analytical Tools: Research and analysis, PowerPoint proficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with culinary, sales, and marketing teams.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
