Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role involves collaborating with functional owners in manufacturing, field services, sales, accounting, supply chain, and warehousing to design and implement efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will act as a business relationship manager, liaising with functional users, gathering business requirements, performing analysis, defining and developing solutions, and ensuring data accuracy for reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze system requirements, identify solutions, and support system implementation and maintenance. Serve as the liaison between IT Data team and business functional areas. Exhibit high-level skills in data aggregation and analysis. Lead large cross-functional projects and solution design within various functional areas. Facilitate requirements gathering and develop comprehensive business requirements documents. Develop functional and technical specifications based on business requirements. Lead the creation of cross-functional test plans and partner with business unit SMEs to develop test scripts. Define and create project-related policies, procedures, and end-user training documentation. Provide ongoing day-to-day support for the data team. Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business/System Analysis, Digital Technology, or a related area. Strong knowledge and experience using MS SQL, MySQL, and Stored Procedures to access and analyze data. Experience with SSIS/SSRS. Experience in Systems/Integration/UAT Testing, including planning, execution, resolution, and reporting. Proficiency in Process/Workflow Engineering/Analysis, including workflow diagramming, use case documentation, and policy/procedure analysis. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficiency with MS Office/365. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VB.Net programming. Knowledge of API configuration and data integration. Systems Analyst experience in a Field Service organization. Ability to create Power BI reports. Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst. Candidates must not require H-1B visa sponsorship. Preference for candidates with 1-2 of the standout qualifications. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN prior to the commencement of employment.
