Provide counsel on Systems Analysis matters. Work on complex issues with significant impact. Develop system specifications and test plans. Coordinate with other IT sections and stakeholders. Act as a technical resource during development and implementation. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years in data analysis, requirements gathering, product ownership, and communication skills. Experience with healthcare compliance, CMS Interoperability, FHIR standards, and cloud platforms like AWS. Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
