Notre Dame of Maryland University’s provost seeks an experienced, dynamic, organized administrative professional to support the offices of the Vice President and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, as well as other functions within the University’s Academic Affairs division.
Job applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of administrative experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education, demonstrate initiative in problem solving, and develop innovative solutions to support academic success at the University. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague is a plus. The administrative assistant must communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty across the University and possess strong time management skills.
