is seeking a

Conference Service Manager

to join

Hotel Boulderado

and its team of hospitality enthusiasts. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create Event Orders for booked functions (85% corporate, 15% social) Prepare and conduct the weekly BEO meeting Work with clients one-on-one planning their events, including scheduling planning calls, conducting site tours, and in-person meetings Track event changes and updates, send out daily change logs, and keep the Banquets department informed Maintain professionalism and friendly attitude towards clients and staff, respond timely, and adhere to sales office standards Coordinate conference rooms and services for meetings, conventions, and events Organize banquet or catering services, reserve audio-visual equipment, and plan event space configurations Keep records of all communications in writing Meet with other department heads to coordinate events Monitor events and address issues to ensure smooth execution Provide pricing and guidance recommendations to clients, with approval from the Director of F&B or Chef as needed Enhance customer loyalty by delivering excellent service Conduct hotel and banquet facility tours and entertain potential clients according to policies Support operational aspects of booked business, including resumes, BEOs, and correspondence Collaborate with sales managers to implement sales strategies and upsell opportunities Perform other related duties as assigned Education and Experience

High School diploma required; post-high school education preferred At least 3 years of progressive hotel sales experience with leadership responsibilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong analytical skills related to hotel revenue impact Effective verbal and written communication skills Understanding of revenue management principles Ability to use reservation and revenue management systems for pricing and sales strategies Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Maestro PMS and Delphi is a plus Additional Details
