Litigation Associate

Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP, a collaborative and forward-thinking law firm with offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Louisiana, and London, is seeking a litigation associate to join our defense litigation team in either our Manhattan or Long Island office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in insurance defense, including proficiency in taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and appeals, trial preparation, and independently managing a caseload. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing abilities, a strong work ethic, and effective teamwork skills. The compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $165,000, commensurate with experience.
