Litigation Associate Location:
New York, NY Our law firm client is seeking a Litigation Associate with solid litigation experience to join their team. The firm handles a variety of complex matters, including Commercial Claims, Construction Litigation, Real Estate Disputes, and Contract Claims. However, they are open to considering candidates with litigation experience in any practice area. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and memoranda Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar Minimum 2 years of litigation experience Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$140,000 – $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
