is seeking an experienced
Payroll Administrator (Administrator I)
to provide payroll and administrative support to the director's office. The role involves daily interactions with all levels of the organization and external contacts. Key Responsibilities include: Providing administrative support, including reviewing, proofreading, formatting correspondence, and managing multiple projects. Processing payroll in the PeopleSoft system, maintaining payroll records, and handling benefit accrual adjustments. Managing travel arrangements, reimbursements, invoice payments, and budgetary reporting. Managing electronic and physical records per retention schedules. Supporting cross-functional projects like Lean, employee engagement, and equity initiatives. Qualifications include: Strong administrative support background with good judgment and tact. Excellent grammar, editing, and attention to detail. Team-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft HCM, and Oracle EBS. Work Location:
Teleworking, fieldwork, onsite work, and meetings up to 3 times a week, with residency in Washington state required. Additional Information:
