The Team Leader/Floor Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.78.
The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .
Responsibilities
Lead your sales team in a way that supports our Vision and Mission
Setting clear objectives and goals for the sales time to achieve their targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and gross profit
Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and maintain best practice processes
Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
Appraising vehicles for trade in
Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance
Qualifications
Proven success in auto retail sales
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Ability to drive and motivate sales team
Ability to achieve an exceptional customer sales experience
Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
