Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with various departments to develop and deploy highly effective campaigns with the goal of promoting online auction events and expanding RSI's brand. Candidates will be expected to design, manage, and deploy in-house email campaigns, social media, and digital trade ads. The ideal candidate is a creative ad designer who is able to work with operations and data-driven teams to improve overall brand and service awareness. Quickly review and understand past and current marketing campaigns, brands, and services Increase lead generation and online auction participation Use campaign results to refine email database for more precise future deployment Manage social media accounts across various platforms and build out paid campaigns Deliver advertising materials with short turnaround times to meet deadlines Qualifications Experience in Google and Facebook advertising suites, LinkedIn, Google Analytics Knowledge of InDesign (or other comparable design software) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, highly organized, with ability to project manage multiple initiatives at once.
