One of our principals is "if someone needs to be managed, we made the wrong hiring choice" Company Description Building Envelope Professionals Group (BEPG) is a consulting firm specializing in resolving roofing, exterior wall, and waterproofing issues for a wide range of clients including schools, churches, government agencies, commercial and industrial clients, homeowners associations, and facility managers. We provide services from limited consultations to comprehensive assessments, design, and construction phase support for rehabilitation and replacement projects. Our team also supports new construction by validating and testing systems to meet building requirements. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager / Building Envelope Consultant located in Oregon, WI, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Project Manager / Building Envelope Consultant will be responsible for managing various projects related to roofing, exterior walls, and waterproofing. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines Inspection skills with a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve building envelope issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment AIA, PE, or IIBEC credentials required Experience in the building envelope or construction industry required Seniority level
