Location: Anchorage, AK Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience Requirements
Must be a US Citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen Responsibilities
Inspect airfield runway construction improvements and pavement resurfacing to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Perform three-phase inspections and document activities with daily QA reports Review contractor progress, submittals, and as-built drawings Ensure safety compliance with EM 385-1-1 and OSHA Participate in final inspections and assist with punch lists and change orders Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with at least 7 years of construction inspection experience, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree with fewer years of experience Paving Inspector Certification from the Asphalt Institute required within 30 days of start Experience with federal projects, RMS 3.0, and safety regulations preferred Benefits
