Pre-Litigation Department

and seeks an experienced attorney to take the helm. This is a rare chance to lead and shape a growing team that handles high-volume

matters from intake to resolution—before they ever reach formal litigation. You'll be at the forefront of case assessment, demand strategy, negotiations, and team development, while driving workflow improvements and collaborating with intake and operations to maximize client outcomes and efficiency. This leadership role is ideal for a

plaintiff-side employment attorney

with 7+ years of experience, a strong operational mindset, and a passion for mentoring teams and refining systems. What You'll Do: Oversee a growing team handling **pre-litigation employment claims**, including wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters Personally evaluate new cases for merit, value, and strategic potential Supervise demand letter drafting and guide negotiation strategy Collaborate with intake staff, legal assistants, and firm leadership Improve and streamline systems for intake, case tracking, and resolution Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to develop legal and professional skills Lead department performance initiatives and scaling efforts as the team grows Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience Bonus potential based on performance or resolution milestones Benefits typically include
