Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-growing legal team in San Jose. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive professional with 5+ years of litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for flexibility between remote and in-office work. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process—from initial case assessment through trial preparation and post-trial activities. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Coordinate and manage the discovery process, including e-discovery and document production Assist in deposition and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness binders, and summaries Maintain case files and manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings (state and federal) Conduct legal research and fact investigations as needed Interface with clients, courts, and third-party vendors Provide administrative support to attorneys and assist with billing or time tracking Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules in California Proficiency with legal software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Westlaw, LexisNexis, Clio, or similar tools) Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually DoE Hybrid Schedule Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education support Seniority level
