4 Month Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a

Senior UX/UI Designer

with a strong background in

Online/Digital Product Design, Information Sciences , or

Visual Arts

to lead strategic design efforts for digital platforms and products. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in crafting user-centric solutions that influence product strategy and elevate customer experience across large-scale initiatives. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in

UX/UI design ,

Digital Product Design ,

Information Architecture ,

Graphic Design , or

Visual Arts . Key Responsibilities: Lead complex design initiatives

that directly support product usability and development goals. Drive

customer experience strategy

for web and mobile platforms. Develop and implement

user experience solutions

that align with business goals and customer needs. Provide

usability guidance and research support

to product and engineering teams. Analyze and present advanced

UI design solutions , factoring in usability, accessibility, branding, and compliance. Define and maintain

design standards, systems, and style guides

to ensure consistency across experiences. Act as a

design advocate , staying ahead of industry trends and forecasting their potential impact on digital experience. Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the product, design, and tech communities. Collaborate cross-functionally to

resolve design issues

and deliver a unified user experience. Present design concepts, prototypes, and progress to both peers and executive stakeholders. Recommend ways to

reduce user friction , improve engagement, and streamline workflows. Make

strategic design decisions

with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful product design and usability outcomes. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g.,

Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite ). Experience with

design systems ,

accessibility standards (WCAG) , and

responsive design . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in

Agile

or
