Responsibilities
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online platforms Oversee strategic design projects influencing company direction Analyze advanced UI design solutions across multiple factors Establish and promote design guidelines and standards Serve as a design advocate, forecasting industry trends and impacts Build relationships within and outside the design community Provide usability support to product teams Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products Make strategic decisions requiring functional and compliance understanding Present designs and milestones to peers and executives Collaborate to resolve issues and achieve goals Recommend ways to reduce friction and streamline digital experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Online/Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic or Visual Arts
