Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases and fostering relationships with potential candidates and community partners. Qualifications 4+ years experience in full cycle recruiting, owning a consistent slate of diverse professional positions, ideally in healthcare Experience developing job descriptions and understanding hiring needs Skills in recruitment process management, including maintaining ATS and implementing hiring strategies Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and business leaders Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, ADP is a plus Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment is a plus Seniority level
