Role: Product Manager Experience:
5 - 8 years Work Location:
Lehi, Utah (Remote option available; onsite presence preferred). Candidates based in Salt Lake City, Utah or nearby areas are preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of SaaS project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, profitable, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and drive growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and ensure high customer retention. Act as a primary contact for clients, providing proactive support, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional delivery team, fostering accountability, skill development, and excellence. Establish and standardize delivery methodologies and processes, improving scalability and operational efficiency. Identify potential project risks and work to mitigate them proactively, managing any escalations effectively. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including client satisfaction, project timelines, and account growth metrics. Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and cost management, ensuring optimal delivery within financial parameters. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years in SaaS delivery, project management, or related field with a demonstrated record of account growth and client success. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks. Strong account management and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Experience in KPI tracking, budget management, and process improvement. Familiarity with SaaS tools, CRMs, and customer lifecycle management.
