Role: Product Manager
Experience: 5 - 8years
Work Location: Lehi, Utah (Remote option available; onsite presence preferred).
We are looking for candidates based in Salt Lake City Utah or nearby areas .
Roles & Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Manage the entire lifecycle of SaaS project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, profitable, and meet quality standards. Account Growth & Retention: Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and drive growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and ensure high customer retention. Client Relations: Act as a primary contact for clients, providing proactive support, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional delivery team, fostering accountability, skill development, and excellence. Process Optimization: Establish and standardize delivery methodologies and processes, improving scalability and operational efficiency. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and work to mitigate them proactively, managing any escalations effectively. Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including client satisfaction, project timelines, and account growth metrics. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation, resource planning, and cost management, ensuring optimal delivery within financial parameters.
Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years in SaaS delivery, project management, or related field with a demonstrated record of account growth and client success. Skills: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks. Strong account management and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Experience in KPI tracking, budget management, and process improvement. Familiarity with SaaS tools, CRMs, and customer lifecycle management
