Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Manager located in Hollywood, FL. We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently, while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in handling property-level issues in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial property management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits. Knowledge of commercial property management practices Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field Seniority level
