Practice Director
to join our team! This full-time position will support the Dallas region, consisting of 5 clinics across the area. Texas Breast Specialist & Texas Surgical Specialist
are part of Texas Oncology, the largest community oncology provider in the country, with approximately 600+ providers across 220+ sites in Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. Our mission is to make cancer care accessible to all communities, using leading technology and research to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. What does the Practice Director do? Directs practice activities to ensure objectives are met, typically in a practice with at least 25 physicians and/or $50 million in gross revenue. Implements strategies for growth, evaluates practices, supports compliance, and oversees practice operations and staff supervision. Responsibilities include: Developing policies, procedures, and objectives; ensuring compliance and updates. Advising on business conditions and organizational planning. Overseeing systems development and practice-wide communication. Monitoring practice progress and preparing management reports. Ensuring organizational compliance and supporting new office locations. Supervising staff, with clinical work directed by physicians. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least seven years in healthcare management, including three in supervision. Physical Demands Sitting for long periods, some bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., and manual dexterity required. Vision and hearing must be corrected to normal. Reasonable accommodations provided. Work Environment Office setting with occasional travel (~20%). Seniority level
