The Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team at TikTok is dedicated to: Protecting TikTok users, including content consumers, creators, and advertisers. Securing platform health and maintaining community authenticity. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance TikTok's infrastructure, services, tools, and algorithms, with a focus on privacy and security. The BRIC team aims to measure and minimize damage caused by inauthentic behaviors on TikTok and its extended platforms. This includes addressing issues such as fake accounts, fake traffic, spam, scraping, cyberbullying, risks in live rooms, incentive fraud, and monetization abuse. Job Responsibilities: Research underground industry chains and technologies, including risk control, defense, and attack strategies. Respond to and analyze security events promptly, staying updated on global security trends. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Final year or recent graduate in computer science, statistics, or related fields with a focus on machine learning. Knowledge of underground industry chains and attack mechanisms, with the ability to analyze risk impacts. Understanding of risk control strategies and defense mechanisms. Programming experience, strong backend development skills, capable of handling large data sets, proficient in at least one of Java, Objective-C, Swift, C/C++. Preferred Qualifications: Critical thinking, objectivity, and rationality. Results-oriented, data-driven communication skills. High level of autonomy.
