The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure the highest level of service to residents. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, developing and implementing policies, managing budgets, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and the executive team to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Extraordinary service and creative management skills Experience in budget management and strategic planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of property management best practices and legal regulations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Certified Manager of Community Management (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) Previous experience in a management role within the property management or hospitality industry Seniority level
