This role will lead enterprise IT operations, service delivery, and systems integration. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with leaders across the business. Growth is in our DNA. This role is critical in building and operationalizing the systems, teams, and strategies that support our continued expansion. The ideal candidate will bring significant depth in leading tactical and strategic IT functions at scale. Key Responsibilities IT Leadership & Strategy Develop and maintain a forward-thinking IT strategy that aligns with business growth, digital transformation, and cloud-first initiatives. Identify and implement scalable, secure technology solutions that accelerate innovation and operational excellence. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance IT team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability. Provide strategic oversight and governance for IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in HR, Finance, Field Operations, Manufacturing, and other departments to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions both infrastructure and software based. Utilize insights from IT ticketing systems to identify recurring issues and trends, driving data-informed decisions and innovative solution development that meets the pace of business change. Evaluate emerging technologies to fuel adaptive growth by continuously refining processes and staying ahead of industry trends. Enterprise IT Operations Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, systems, cloud environments, and user support across all locations. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms. Define, implement, and enforce IT policies, operational procedures, and SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery. Manage third-party vendors and service providers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services and support. Lead the development and execution of a robust cybersecurity program tailored for a cloud-native environment, including risk management, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security training. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations and frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Systems Integration & Transformation Lead the modernization of legacy systems and manage enterprise-wide cloud and SaaS implementations, including ERP (Epicor), CRM (Salesforce), and integration with HCM (Paycor). Champion automation and integration efforts across systems using middleware and 3rd-party tools such as Automation Studio, Workato, and CadLink. Design and execute integration strategies that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency. Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance agility, scalability, and user experience across departments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. Proven success scaling IT operations in a high-growth environment and project management experience. Strong cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep experience with cloud-first environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365). Familiarity with business applications such as (ERP) Epicor, (CRM) Salesforce, and (HCM) Paycor. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or large-scale construction environments. Subject matter certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL. Experience supporting M&A integration and enterprise system scaling. Seniority level
