As a Manager within our Privacy & Data Protection practice, you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute to our clients' business needs across various domains including privacy strategy, governance, automation, risk, and compliance management – with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Risk team and Cyber team to help clients achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently. Your day-to-day may include:
Adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and strict client confidentiality Managing multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Applying current knowledge of privacy and data protection trends to client issues and opportunities Leading the execution of client engagements from start to finish, including planning, assessments, privacy program implementations, and managed services, on time and within budget Collaborating with clients to plan strategies, define objectives, and address privacy controls and risks Interacting proactively with key client management to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend improvements Working closely with senior managers and partners to resolve client problems Developing and marketing privacy and data protection solutions Supporting business development activities such as prospecting, proposals, networking, and thought leadership Performing other duties as assigned Technical skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, JD, or related field; Master’s preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or similar roles Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, or related Deep understanding of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) Experience with privacy assessment tools (OneTrust, Securiti.ai, WireWheel, BigID) Ability to produce reports and communicate findings effectively Strong project management and communication skills Excellent client service skills and ability to develop relationships Willingness to travel as needed The salary range varies by location, with specific ranges provided for Chicago, NY, LA, Bellevue, SF, and San Jose offices.
