Lead long-range planning for the structure and interaction between business strategy, organization, and architectures (business, application, data, and technical).
Essential Functions
Translate business needs into architectural solutions (current and target state) and define solutions to business problems through information technology.
Lead the overall architecture of enterprise systems.
Determine integrated architecture solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Establish and implement standards and guidelines that drive the design of technology solutions, including integrating multiple platforms and operating systems/applications across the enterprise.
Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
Five (5) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering. An advanced degree may offset experience requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of project planning, technical architecture, and business strategy. Excellent communication skills.

Pay Transparency
This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual pay will depend on experience, market factors, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation, benefits, or bonuses. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay Range
U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
