Express Capital is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in CRM architecture and automation to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform, building scalable solutions that support sales operations, reporting, and customer engagement. If you have a proven track record of delivering clean, maintainable code, architecting secure integrations, and collaborating across teams to align technology with business goals, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, managing scope, sprints, milestones, and stakeholder communication • Architect secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce best practices • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments and high code quality • Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and ETL tools across platforms • Troubleshoot data flow issues and maintain integrity across Salesforce and connected systems • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure technical solutions support business priorities What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and project management • Solid SQL skills, especially for data migration and resolving cross-platform issues • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Experience working in Agile environments with milestone tracking and sprint planning • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset across technical and non-technical teams Bonus Points • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Scrum Master, CTA, PMP) • Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech environments • Understanding of funding cycles, budgeting, and business case development • Knowledge of the Salesforce Well-Architected framework and DevOps Center Seniority level
