Director of AI Strategy & Transformation Location:
Hybrid - Indiana Overview: An enterprise organization is seeking a Director of AI Strategy & Transformation to lead the development and execution of its company-wide AI initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology — ideal for someone who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable impact. You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape the AI roadmap, and champion the adoption of responsible, high-value AI across the business. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the enterprise AI adoption strategy, roadmap, and governance framework Identify and prioritize use cases for AI/ML across business units Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled tools, models, and platforms Manage AI projects end-to-end, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams Present technical concepts to executive audiences and champion change management efforts Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies as needed Qualifications: 10+ years in business analysis, product ownership, or solution architecture roles 2+ years of experience with AI/ML initiatives or implementations Strong understanding of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ML frameworks Experience managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholders Ability to assess ROI, build business cases, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or AI/ML certification preferred
