Hospital Operations Partner
to: Lead project management efforts for children’s hospitals U.S. News & World Report survey Apply quality improvement methodologies & change management expertise to support continuous improvement, including IHI Model for Improvement, A3, Six Sigma, or LEAN Analyze and interpret benchmarking data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Utilize knowledge of clinical quality registries At UW Health, you will have: An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave, and adoption assistance Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Resources through the UW Health Employee Wellbeing Department for emotional, financial, and physical support Tuition benefits eligibility to support professional growth Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Four years of relevant quality improvement experience may substitute for degree. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred. Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and project management At least 1 year of coaching teams and facilitating quality improvement, or 3 years working in healthcare in patient care or related roles Experience managing a portfolio of improvement projects preferred Licenses & Certifications
