Responsibilities :

Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time. Monitor and support machine operation and troubleshoot minor technical issues. Help manage raw materials inventory . Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely availability of materials. Keep records of stock usage and report shortages. Ensure all production processes adhere to food safety standards . Assist in scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to production workers. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Operations Supervisor. Help train new staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment use. Prepare daily and weekly reports on production output, downtimes, and material usage. Submit weekly reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager. Requirement : Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory or operations software) Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
