Position: Frozen Food factory Operation Supervisor

Job description Nature of work : Full Time (experience) - Basic salary : $2400-$3000 above ++ - Working : 6 days (timing follow company arrangement) - Location : Sembawang / Gambas • Job Scope*: (1) Position overview : Responsible for the coordination and execution of daily operations, assisting the operations manager in managing core aspects such as warehousing, distributions, order processing, customer service etc, to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business process (2) Main job to responsibilities (a) Daily operations execution (b) Supervise the food receiving, sorting, packaging and shipping processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards (c) Track the order processing schedule and inventory demand to ensure material supply and delivery consistency (3) Team management and coordination (a) Arrange on site staff shifts and daily work tasks to ensure reasonable allocation of manpower (b) For operation, driver, packaging to guidance and work supervision to front-line personnel (c) Able to handle on-site emergencies, such as order errors, job delays, customer complaints etc (4) Process optimization and execution supervision (a) Assist in optimizing the standard operating procedure (SOP) and improving operational efficiency (b) Follow up cold chain transportation specifications to ensure that the distribution process meets temperature control requirements (c) Monitor key operational indicators (shipping rate, inventory turnover rate, delivery satisfaction) and submit reports regulary (5) Materials and equipment management (a) Responnsible for daily inspection and simple maintenance of the equipment used in production (b) Manage the usage and inventory of packaging materials, labels, cold chain consumable etc (6) Date recording and report summary (a) Accurately fill in the shipping record, goods return and abnormal report forms (b) Assist the operations manager to organise daily, weekly, monthly operations summaries & stock court report (c) Process uniform orders and delivery documentation accurately • Job Requirements*: (1) Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (to serve Chinese speaking clients) both spoken and written (2) Minimum 2 years above of manufacturing experience in operation administrative roles (3) Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Pinyin, Word) (4) Able to multitask and priortize effectively on a fast-paced environment (5) Assist with onboarding processing for new employees, ensuring a smooth transactions 25C2859 R22108752
