No experience necessary, we will train you onsite. $5,000 sign on bonus that starts paying after 30 days (30 days = $1,000, day 60 = $2,000 and then the final $2,000 at 90 days!). Shift differentials apply to evening, night and weekend shifts. Must be able to work every other weekend, or every Saturday or every Sunday.

Position Details:

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining care records, reporting changes, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent; training as required by State regulations. Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently. Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality and privacy. Meet health requirements and pass background checks.
