Position details: As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Responsibilities also include maintaining care records, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must be 21 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent; training as required by state regulations. Compassionate and eager to work with the elderly. Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality, and mindful of privacy.
