We are pre-seed and currently unfunded. The founding team is working for equity while we validate product–market fit and prepare to raise. If you have the appetite to build first and get paid later, read on. **Position Overview:** We need a founding Head of Marketing & Growth who can move fluidly between brand storytelling, data-driven experimentation, and boots-on-the-ground community building. You will sit at the same table as the CEO and CTO, shape company strategy, and earn a significant equity stake. Cash compensation begins only after our first external raise. **What You Will Own** - Stand up low-budget channels (organic social, guerrilla events, ambassador programs) that do not rely on paid spend. **Brand and Voice** - Define the look and tone that make amiqo instantly recognizable and trustworthy. - Ensure every user touchpoint reinforces our mission of real-world connection. **Community and Partnerships** - Activate Atlanta first: street teams, university clubs, local businesses, micro-influencers. - Convert early users into evangelists and surface product insights back to engineering. - Lead and mentor 10 part-time marketing interns; install lightweight processes to keep output high without micromanagement. - Build the case for future full-time hires once funding lands. - Translate marketing progress into investor-ready stories, CAC/LTV models, and traction slides. - Join investor meetings to articulate the growth plan and defend the budget. **You Might Be a Fit If You:** - You have taken a consumer product from zero to tens of thousands of active users, preferably at the pre-seed or seed stage. - You have led people who were interns, volunteers, or part-time contributors and enjoyed turning them into a cohesive unit. - You have been part of a team that raised capital and understand how growth data fits into the pitch narrative. - You are Atlanta-savvy and get energy from in-person events. - The idea of working for equity until we raise makes you hungry, not anxious. **What We Offer** - Equity: meaningful founding-team percentage, vesting over four years with a one-year cliff. - Influence: direct say in product direction, fundraising story, and company culture. - Flexibility: hybrid schedule with required Atlanta field work; otherwise work where and when you are most effective. **Time Commitment** Full-time founder-level effort (40+ hrs per week).
